Field Trip
Make Learning an Adventure
Bring your group to DNA Gardens for a hands on day of learning, exploring and discovering the wonders of the Alberta prairie.
Our field trips combine nature, agriculture and a little bit of adventure, giving students and groups the opportunity to step outside the classroom and experience the farm firsthand.
Depending on your group and the season, activities may include:
- Learn about bats and the important role they play in our ecosystem.
- Explore the orchard and gardens and discover where our food comes from.
- Scavenger hunts that turn exploration into an adventure.
- Wagon rides through the farm.
- Discover prairie fruit and agriculture up close.
- Seasonal activities that change throughout the season.
Whether you're planning a school field trip, homeschool outing, community group activity or another group adventure, we'd love to help create an experience that's educational, engaging, and memorable.
