Anna Gold is a small yellow apple that looks like a golden delicious. It is crisp, sweet and juicy with some acidity, and a hint of floral notes. It ripens in mid September and is great for fresh eating. It is a U of S variety that was named by the Prairie Apple Producers Inc.
