Asparagus - Sweet Purple

An excellent producer with spears a little on the thicker side. This new variety not only has an attractive shade to it, but it also has more sugar content and it is often eaten raw. Offering a mellow flavour profile with a nutty bite. The spears are also more tender and less stringy than other varieties. A must for all your dinner parties.
