Rhubarb - Canada Red

A rhubarb to be remembered this rhubarb has fine red fruit stocks that don't have the stringiness you'd find in other varieties due to their abundant smaller sized stalks. Excellent flavour with more sugar than other varieties; for jams, pies and juice. You can harvest the stalk as soon as it turns red in colour.  When harvesting you want to pull the stalk sheath from the rosette not cut it.
