Visit the farm this summer and indulge in a Six Course Long Table Dinner, with wine and spirit pairings for each course.
Please ask about gluten free + dairy free options! We have a variety of ways to make something gluten and/or dairy free!

First course served at: 6:30PM

2025 Menu:
1st Course
House-made focaccia bread served with saskatoon balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Paired with Sodbuster, rhubarb wine
2nd Course
Fresh garden salad containing mixed greens, candied pecans, goat cheese, seasonal berries and edible flowers. drizzled with a lemon vinaigrette.
Paired with Farmboy, saskatoon wine
3rd Course
Mushrooms stuffed with a bison ricotta filling, drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Paired with Fearless, apple wine
4th Course
Lemon mint sorbetto
5th Course
Braised beef short au jus, served with duchess potatoes, seasonal vegetables, parsnip puree and micro greens.
Paired with Backbreaker, black currant wine
6th Course
Vanilla gelato in a tuile cookie drizzled with rhubarb glaze.
Paired with Survivor, rhubarb ginger spirits
